How we work

At Cakes Plus More we try to make sourcing your wedding, baby shower, birthday or any other special occasion cakes and décor as easy as possible. We are an online store that acts as a catalogue for a selection of products which are sourced from different suppliers and in some instance that are made to order by the Cake Plus More team. All products are made available for you to order but we only keep a limited amount of stock available of certain ranges and some items are made to order therefore a number of our products will be subject to lead time

How to Order

• Simply browse through our site, select the product you would like, add to shopping cart 
• You can continue shopping and when you are ready click on the cart to proceed to checkout 
• On the checkout screen you will be directed to change your order, update quantities or delete items
• Select Delivery Method
• Provide us with required details
• Select Payment Method
• Once payment is made you will be provided with a tracking number or collection instructions

We offer 2 types of Payment Options 

1. Online Payments Payfast our Secure Payment Gateway

2. EFT

• This is where we need your info (and we promise you won’t get any spam)
• Provide us with your daytime delivery address & we will make sure you get your wonderful goodies delivered as speedily as possible.

Choose how you want to pay

We offer two options –  credit card (through PayFast) or EFT.

• Option 1 – Payfast
  You will now be directed to PayFast. If it’s your first time using PayFast you will have to create an account (sorry!) but if you have used PayFast before then just log in and you are good to go!
• Option 2 – EFT
  If you select this option you will be given our bank account details both on screen and per email. Please note these orders will only be processed once we receive a proof of payment or see the fund reflecting in our bank account. Orders not paid within a week will be cancelled.

Once you place your online order and pay for your goodies we process the order and will notify you when you can expect delivery.

Now sit back and relax… your order is on it’s way!

You will be sent an order confirmation as soon as your order has gone through and we will email you a tracking number as soon as your package has been sent off. We aim to get your order to you as fast as possible and aim to get all packages to their owners within a week maximum (excluding postal as we cannot guarantee delivery times). Should there be any hiccups with your order, you will be contacted.
