At Cakes Plus More we try to make sourcing your wedding, baby shower, birthday or any other special occasion cakes and décor as easy as possible. How do I order?

Browse the website, add the items you want to buy to your basket, submit your order and make payment. When we receive your order we will confirm stock availability of the items ordered and then confirm your order.

Who do I contact if I have any technical issues with my order ?

If you have any technical problems with adding products to your basket or making payment please email us at info@cakesplusmore.co.za

How can I make payment ? 

Payment can be made by Credit Card, Debit Card or via direct EFT and bank to bank EFT via PayFast, our Secure payment gateway.

Do you have "this" item or range in stock?

Cake Plus More acts as a catalogue of a selection of products which are sourced from different suppliers and in some instance that are made to order by the Cake Plus More team. All products are made available for you to order but we only keep a limited amount of stock available for certain ranges. All the items we have listed on our site are available from our suppliers and are dependent on stock availability at the time your order is placed. Please submit the order online and we will confirm stock availability for you.

If I place an order will I get all of the items ordered?

Once we receive your order we will confirm stock availability of each of the items ordered, before payment is confirmed.

Do you deliver or can I collect?

This will depend on the type of order placed, as we are an online store the majority of our stock is delivered nationwide via our courier service. We do not hold large amounts of stock and we do not have a physical retail store but on agreement orders can be collected for cakes and special package collection. Please note collections are only possible for our Gauteng customer, once your order is ready we will email through the address for collection. 

How long does to take to receive the items once I have paid?

This can vary depending on the range of items you are ordering, the area you are in as well as the size of your parcel. Specific ranges, specialist items and personalized items also have a longer lead time.

  • Cakes and special orders are normally arranged for a specific date, please note that there is lead time of at least 4 days from date of payment so please ensure that you take this into consideration when ordering and making payment for your items. 
  • If your order is simple and we have all items in stock your order will be dispatched quickly and you should receive items within 4 - 10 days
  • Items that have longer lead items are noted 

Will my order be delivered to my door or to my post office?

We use a courier company to do our deliveries; they will deliver your order to your door, should an alternative method of delivery be selected we will advise you accordingly.

How does special delivery and setup work ? 

Where special delivery has been requested and paid for items will be delivered and setup at the specified venue, this is only available for our Gauteng customers for venues that fall within our delivery radius of 60 km for our premises.

I received a product and it is damaged, what do I do now?

We take care to pack all our orders carefully and to minimize damages as much as possible. If on the rare occasion this happens please do not open or use the products. Email us ASAP to arrange a replacement of the product or a refund for the item damaged, provided the package has not been opened and we can see it was damaged in transit.

I only need 5 items of a particular item and the pack size is 8, can I buy only 5?

All products are manufactured and packed in sealed packs. The pack size of each product is the minimum quantity that you can buy of that product.
